John S. Day Distinguished Alumni Academic Service Award, Purdue University, 2018

The John S. Day Award recognizes an outstanding Krannert graduate whose service within the academic community reflects the spirit and service of former Krannert Dean John Day to Purdue University and the Krannert School of Management.

Horace T. Morse Teaching Award, University of Minnesota (All University), 2005/6 -The Horace T. Morse – University of Minnesota Alumni Association Award recognizes excellence in contributing directly and indirectly to student learning through teaching, research, creative activities, advising, academic program development, and educational leadership. Given each year since 1965, the award represents the highest recognition by the University community of its most distinguished scholar-teachers.

 

Cesar Chavez Award, University of Minnesota, Morris, 2006 -The César E. Chávez Award is presented each year to a UMM faculty or staff member. Award recipients are recognized for their contribution to the communities of color, and for support of workers’ rights while personifying the values embodied by the late legendary labor and civil rights leader, César E. Chávez. These values include service to others, sacrifice, preference to help the neediest, determination, non-violence, tolerance, respect for life, celebrating community, knowledge, and innovation.

 

University of Minnesota, Morris Alumni Association Teaching Award, 2005 - 

This award is to honor University of Minnesota, Morris faculty members for their outstanding contributions to undergraduate education.  By calling attention to their education philosophies, objectives, and methods, the University of Minnesota, Morris Alumni Association hopes to encourage and enhance the teaching effectiveness of other faculty members.

 

Honeywell Award for Outstanding Graduate Student Instructor in 1992 and 1991, Purdue University - The Outstanding Graduate Student Instructor Award gives campus-wide recognition to excellence in teaching by Graduate Student Instructors.
